What is an USB Interface?

An USB Interface is an interface via USB between a computer and another device, such as a show laser system. This Interface converts an USB signal into an ILDA signal. Thus the laser show system can be controlled with a laser show software. Further interfaces are LAN and Pangolin’s FB4.

USB Interface.

Converts an USB signal into an ILDA signal.

RealLAN Adapter.

Converts a digital network signal into an analogue ILDA-compliant signal.

Can I also use LAN?

Of course, this is very comfortable via LAN (general Local Area Network), instead of an USB Interface. A network cable connects the computer or laptop to our RealLAN (LAN receiver). The network is built via switches and can control up to ten RealLANs. RealLAN converts a digital network signal into an analogue ILDA-compliant signal. RealLAN can be integrated as an interface directly in the laser show system during production. Existing systems can be upgraded with a RealLAN adapter, which is attached directly to the laser show system in the ILDA-IN slot.
