What does ILDA mean? And for
what is it?
ILDA is an acronym and stands for
International Laser Display Association.
This association was founded in Lake Tahoe,
United States of America in 1986 in which
individuals, companies and institutions have
combined, with the aim to establish lasers in
different areas (art, entertainment,
education) and to pass general guidelines
around the topic of laser.
The main activities of the ILDA are among
other things product quality, ethic, marketing,
advertising, synergies, safety, technology and
so on, which are adduced by various
committees.Today ILDA is the largest
association in the laser show industry and is
presumed as a global umbrella organization.
